Friends-- just got a reply from our Ohio Senator George Voinovich to our
letter about stem cell research.
Although he doesn't SAY so, he is obviously not a proponent....one clue is
that he refers to it as "human embryo research". He says if Specter's bill
is reintroduced in the new Congress , he will "keep our views in
mind"----your standard, noncommittal weasel-out reply--- and he'll "love to
hear from you ion any other issue of importance to you."
Our other Sen. Mike DeWine hasn't even sent a form letter.
Duh!
