Norma< Norma Yes, it does have its drawbacks, but it also can be a godsend for many people who otherwise could not afford even basic medical care. Some say our provincial government has damaged our health care with cutbacks, but emergencies do get attention. It's just these darned waiting lists for non-emergencies that drive us wild.
