i too am a yopd patient-. i am now 49  and have h pd for 14 years. it's a 
struggle,but i keep ver active. i bowl aqnd ride a bike; shhot poland darts and

try to go to  the web at  Amazon.com  , or  contact
Hunter Press in Alameda , California, and
order a  wonderful new book, "When Parkinson's Strikes Early ,"
by Linda Herman and Barbara Blake-Krebs.

Another  suggestion is that the American Parkinson's Disease Association
has a Young Parkinson's newsletter and
excellent help available from its YOPD office
in Illinois.

The  new YOPD book is  being published in August.

There are many contributers, all with YOPD.
