Prilosec is the BRAND NAME --it is to treat acid reflux, and there have
been some warnings about its use in certain cases. If you do a Google
search at as I just did, under both Prilosec and
Prilosec warnings, you will get lots of links--and yes there are of course
side effects as with any drug. As it is as pescription drug, you must ask
your doctor in any case....
