I just finished filling out the initial form for Disability Insurance for the 
Insurance Company.

After I was done, I could not read what I had written, so I enclosed
a "word processor" version of the form. If they base Disability on one's 
hand writing, I should not have any problems.

Thought I'd share this with you.
