Dear Emily & Julian,

I've been struggling with this for about 1 year.  I definitely advise seeing
a neurological SPECIALIST in Parkinson's.  This is most important.

We are all different, but from what I have learned to date I would avoid
Sinemet and instead try a dopamine agonist (Requip, Miraplex for example),
but FOLLOW THE ADVICE OF A NEUROLOGIST SPECIALIZING IN PARKINSON'S.
Supplements are fine for staying healthy.  Take them.  They do not, however,
relieve symptoms.
