Virus advice

Since I started on Parkinson list I got at one time 7 viruses in my Outlook 
Express.Incoming mail was multiplying  the messages received. I never 
experienced anything like that. My server had to delete one BAD mail in order 
for my Outlook Express to work again. They are ways to send viruses without 
attachments being open. My antivirus program guaranteed all 7 viruses which I 
was able to delete. However, without my server I still would not be able to use 
my incoming mail feature.
