My Dad also died of PD
Hi Chuck, My Dad died in 1999 and he too died of PD. Nothing else only PD. We were also told that PD patients live on with PD forever but it is a lie. And it was a horror for us to understand his death. I had assumed for years that he would continue in his wheelchair always...at my graduation, wedding etc etc. But that wasn't to be. And after he passed away, everyone told us that "well it wasn't very sudden or unexpected coz he was so unwell" but it was sudden and unexpected because all the docs tell you that PD isn't life threatening. I am sorry Chuck. I offer you my condolences for your Dad.
