hello group in general, i've had parkinson's for 23 yrs. and i had the dbs
put in the stn surgery 3 yrs ago. i've had a great amt. of succcess after
the surgery (at the time and for last 3 yrs) i've been off all medication.
just recently , january as a matter, medicare has started paying for the
surgery.a friend of mine also had the surgery and although he is still
taking meds it has decreased to about 1/3 of what he was taking. this
surgery is reversible if something else comes along.i can't believe i'm the
only person out there
who has had surgery w/ success.please, if you are considering it and i can
