After 23 years of sinemet --it still works for me (along with permax, comtan
and amanadine.)
I take a combination of 21 pills per day.  Its a
lot  of medication but that is what  it takes to
keep this old brain of mine clipping along.

I have dyskinesias which are less on amantadine.I
guess some  things  we have  to accept.
