Hello Ellen,
Please see your doctor about medications to relieve your suffering.  Without
medications I can not even move, but with them am out of pain for several
hours each day.  There is no value in suffering needlessly.  Sinemet and
Xanax helps relieve my pain and stiffness.

What is IBS?
