David and all.....When I finally decided to go down and apply
I changed my mind that day at the last minute on  Friday mid-morning...didn't 
want to stand in the lines, etc......and thought I
would get an early start on Monday morning and be in the beginning of the
line....well, it  turns out that Monday morning was
NOVEMBER  and that  Friday  was OCTOBER   so that meant
an extra month's waiting time  because I was in with the NOVEMBER
applications ...but you  just don't know stuff like that at the time...Joan
