Re: Is it PD or just me?

Hi Murray and Deborah

My bones/body now makes clicking/cracking/creaking sounds which I definitely
attribute to pd and atrophy. For the life of me if I tried to make my
fingers crack like some of my friends could. do.....nada ......couldn't do
it.

Heh Murray between the back problems and the creaking stuff I guess we
should be staying off our computers and exercising.

I found a flex ball really helps.

Bonnie
