in re a message header on a pd forum elsewhere,
clinical depression (cd) cannot be 'snapped' out of;
encouraging that myth does all of us with cd a disservice
and only feeds the "blame and shame game"
which causes 80% of us with cd
to avoid diagnosis and treatment and CURE.

please do not feed the sharks.

we're talking paralysis of will here
not a lack of will

we're talking brain chemistry here
just as in pd
(and possibiy or likely complexificated by it!)
