Too often, it seems, many people feel more sympathy for a celebrity beset by a tragedy or incurable disease than when it happens to an ordinary person. Actor Michael J. Fox doesn't want your sympathy or tears in his excellent memoir "Lucky Man" as he recounts a successful career that has been changed since the announcement that he has Parkinson's disease.
