Re: New Person

Niki,
It is good to hear from you. I am somebody's grandmother and we love our
grandchildren. How wonderful that you are doing this research on behalf
on your grandmother! Your grandmother sounds a very wise and sharp
person. The more medication is not necessary the better. You will hear,
I anticipate, from a number of members what would be the right approach
to medication and the foods to prolong your grandmother's life span and
help with the PD. I hope that she would see a Parkinson movement
specialist (neurologist that specializes in PD), if she has not seen
one. Many say that Parkinson is a designer disease and almost every
person has certain things different, therefore different approach to
medication. Keep in mind that what works for one may not work for
another person. This is just a general answer to your inquiry. Take
care.
Emily
