Hi! Rayilin:
    How are you doing?
    I have introduced some change in my oral GSH intake.  This seems to be
helping me better han before.
    I take 3 x 50 mg GSH capsule + 100 mg PS first thing in the morning
along with my green tea + a spoon full of honey.  No milk.

    During breakfast I take other supplements:
    Alpha lipoic acid
    B12
    Folic Acid
    Vit E
    Multi vitamin
    Synthroid

    Take two courses of spinach
    Take a cup of blue berry

    I take Co Q10 60 mg capsule (NatureVite from Price Club/Costco).
