Re: nutrition FAVA beans
I have read in several places about that, and here are some links for Fava and the recipes. This one is linked to the PDF, but I also hear that the Fava beans should be used when "fresh" and not as dried beans. and I know that Kathlyn Holden writes about it here Ms. Holden is a registered dietitian specializing in Parkinson's disease, and her article covers alot of ground on FAVA beans. If you need more information than this, let me know and I will dig some more.
