Hey Gang
Thanks for all the great info regarding (poly myalgia rhumatica). And
the quick response also.

Makes me humbly feeling all over. Like i have suddenly acquired new
friends. Now, if i can learn to bite my damn lip at times and learn to
me more sympathetic, then possibly,  i can keep these new friends.

You have no idea how hard it is for a retired semper fi to be humble,
much less sympathetic. I am slowly learning that the more love we allow
into our heart, the less room there is for hate.

I can openly say that every day i pray for meekness and love. While
constantly begging for forgiveness. And today i'm asking forgiveness
from this group and especially from anyone here or anyone remotely
associated with this group that i have possibly hurt or offended.

I hope i worded that statement correctly, to keep from calling names.
Like the subject line said; "If The Shoe Fits Wear It".
