Drug prices
Get rid of the "perks" that the pharmaceutical companies give to doctors & nurses. Stop the outrageous "bonuses" that their reps get (I've seen second year reps., straight out of college, making salary/bonus in the $100,000. range). What do they do? Hand out box seat tickets to ballgames, pass around free theater tickets, give European trips, not to mention taking "boxed lunches" to the office staff and luxury meals out for the doctors & wives which are written off as "business expense". The pharmaceuticals, doctors, staff and pharmaceutical reps. are making out like bandits...could be because that's what they are....we, my friends, are the victims. The fat cats of the medical and pharmacy world are "in the gravy" while we have to make a choice between food or meds.
