Hi george,

I have been awale since 2;00 AM;  I had
more trouble sleeping before I bought
a hospital bed. I can adjust to my comfort
to relieve my arthritic shoulder and it aids
me in getting out of bed-----so I think an
adjustible bed of some kind would help
you,
