A few days ago there was an enquiry about exercise.  I was given a video tape
some time ago.  It came from "Health Topics Inc.,  P.O.Box 47190, Oak Park,
Mich.,  48237.  I don't know if the tape is still available or if the address
is still valid.  Might be worth a try.

My exercise is walking 2 miles (3.5 K) a day at a good clip.
