Dear Jeanette,  from Peter's experience with Requip I would guess that the
drowsiness, which he also had early on, will decrease as time goes by. I
recall someone on the list mentioned that it decreased with a larger dose.
He was prone to nap long before going on Requip!
Does your neuro plan to reduce your Sinemet? It may be appropriate--ask
about it. Peter has been able to cut back from 1600mg/day to only 900 now,
but that, and the increases in Requip, were done very slowly. Good luck!
