Hi Jan,

Glad I could help a little!  I'm guessing the neuro is not a PD or
Movement Disorder specialist 'cause one of them would have been more
likely to know about decreasing the sinemet with mirapex (YES that's
usually done to avoid serious overdose-type side effects).  Lemme see if
I can figure out our new system for looking up stuff in the archives,
and I'll get back to you with any dosage details I find.
