I use Mindspring on the unlimited plan at $19.95/month.  I have been
(mostly) satisfied with them.  However, I don't know if they've expanded
into New Jersey yet.  In some areas they are known as Pipeline.

Do you really use over 150 hours a month?  That's nearly 5 hours a day,
every day, online.  Switching ISPs can be such a pain--maybe you don't
really need to do it?
