John,

My mother Joyce (68/13 months) finds tightness in the chest one of her most
bothersome symptoms. Along with this is a shortness of breath and rapid
heartbeat.

She has discussed this with her doctors, but no one seems to know how it
relates to PD. Since taking Requip (along with Paxil and a little SInemet),
the symptoms have gotten better. Good luck and stay well.
