There are brief articles about Shy-Drager Syndrome in various
handbooks for Parkinson's patients and caregivers, and in the
professional Merck Manual, which you should find in a public
library. Tolcapone, which you also asked about, is rather new
but you should find numerous reference items in either of the
websites I mentioned today in my INTRODUCTION to the CSRINDX.
