Best regards, Kathrynne > Murray's 2 bits: My personal experience with drinking a can of Coca Cola right after my meds (200mg. Tasmar + 50/200 Sinemet CR) was writhing restless legs all night long, virtually no sleep, and an upset caregiver. I didn't realize what had happened (I knew it was the Coca Cola which I generally never touch) at the time (about a month ago) but this series of posts reminded me all too vividly. It would appear that I got all my meds at once (an overdose). Sometime (when my darling wife is out of town) I might restage this event to confirm that Coke dissolves Time Release preparations. In the meantime I'll just avoid soda pop. I have a cast iron constitution and generally have no problem with nausea or anything else so I have been a little skeptical about some others and their complaints on how their meds or their diet effects them. But try a Tuna - Melt sandwich or a can of Coke if you really want to see if you can screw up your meds. Maybe together they would cancel each other???????????????????????????? Nah!
