Ural Bill and that President Clinton has signed it=A0 into law on November=
 13,
1997.
Now, the FULL authorized amount, $100 million per year, for three years,=
 must
be released to be applied to Parkinson's-FOCUSED research effort.=A0=20

Every day I see the decline of my=A0 once strong, capable and loving=A0=
 family
member.=20
I miss their hugs, smiles, I miss talking and walking with them. Each day=

the release of these mandated funds is held up, my family is denied the
