Mirapex, Requip and Tasmar

I have an appointment on Monday afternoon with a real movement disorders
specialist my neuro has encouraged me to see. My main symptoms are causing
me more and more problems and I am going to bring up the topic of changing
medications. I currently take one 25/100 Sinement and four .25mg Permax 4
times a day (although I skip the evening ones about 1/3 the time). I have no
tremor or diskenesia,. My greatest problem is bradykensia, balance, just
walking in general, rigidity you might call it. It's getting worse. When
the meds have worn off I literally have to bounce off the walls to get
around the house. I have fallen a number of times and have messed up both
my knees.

I am also finding my hands are getting heavier when typing, makng that more
difficult.

My question is - would any of these three new drugs be likely to help
these problems? Or are hey memore likely to help other symptoms like
tremor.

I tried for a week taking half the dosage of the Permax and Sinement twice
as often, but it seemed to make my mobility worse. I have never tried
Sinement CR, and I ha been taking Amantadine 200mg/day and Eldepryil
10mg/day for the past 3 years but stopped taking them about 6 weeks ago.

I wold like to have some idea of what to expect from him in the way of med
changes, if any.

Thanks for any help anyone would care to offer.
