Hi,

I am writing on behalf of my dad Don (62/20) who is wondering if anyone has
any tips/suggestions that might help him.  During his off time his muscles
tighten and cause him great discomfort.  He gets a small amount of relief
lying down and trying to stretch them but not much.  He would appreciate any
advice.
