restless legs
Some nights, like tonight, my precious PD husband has restless legs and/or jerks in his sleep. This wakes me up eventually, and, since my chronic problem right now is insomnia, here I am at 3:30, wide awake. The morning after, he usually reports having not slept well. Any help for night restlessness? Thanks!
