I get the digest form of the Parkinsn List so I have never seen
the attached files.  Does the note refer to the attachment,
like what it is?  In Win 95 you may specify what program is to
handle a given file type.  Like .doc files would be Word
documents, .jpg files would be a graphics picture, .txt files
would be handled by notepad, etc.
