Heck... I'm gonna tell Bill since his gang is taking so
darn long to get the Parkinson's research money
into the system at the NIH, that we've decided to
charge 'em interest on it.  At the rate it's going, THAT'LL
mean there'll be multi-millions MORE available for
PD research when the funds are FINALLY released.
