Hi all
I'm going to really expose my ignorance and ask out loud what I have been
wondering all of this time:  Why, if the Morris K. Udall act was signed
into law, do we now have to push to get funding?  What part can I have here
in Missouri, as far as my home Congressmen go?  I said I was going to
expose my ignorance.
Honestly, I'm not this dumb about everything!
