Ken: your email was great for me. I have a daughter, aged 20, takes me to the grocery every Thursday. She works 2 jobs, lives away from home, but still tries to do her best. Most of my problem stems from dentist appointments, the many doctors appointments, banking, etc. She works every day from 8-5 and then on Saturdays or Sundays. I just need to stop feeling that I'm a burden to friends and daughter. Thank you for your help. I marvel at what you all know as I feel like a baby. Gina
