The best female boss I ever worked for used colored file folders in the
office filing system.  One color for individual client fldrs., another for
administrative fldrs., another color for personnel foldrs. etc.  It was the
best system I'd ever been exposed to and none of her successors used it.
Unfortunately, for me.
