What is RLS?

James Hunt asked  --

Stands for "restless leg syndrome" which has variously been described as
not being able to sit still, the feeling of worms crawling in the legs
etc.  Seems often to strike in the evening hours.

(This is the "brief" answer.  Maybe someone else will send a longer
one.)
