Jane I turn over when I sleep which is a bit difficult but my tremors are gone while I sleep, so says my wife. One thing I have that seems rare when I ask people about it is that the instant I become conscious (wake up) my whole body tremors for a few seconds or less. It is painless and has become somewhat amusing to my wife and I because the bed shakes and wakes her also. PD just doesn't behave like it is supposed to does it ?
