JH,

The good stuff:
1. Used to treart schitzophrenia in much higher (300 plus mg a day) doses, in
PWPa small (about 12.5 mg) controls most psychiatric symptoms -- especially
paranoia and mania.
2. It is a benzodiazepine (valium-like) drug and promotes sleeping.

The down side:
1. It can be hard o the WBCs and requires every other week blood sampling (a
CBC) 2. Some people cannot take it because it sedates to the point where
they stop breathing.

Overall revaluation:
A good drug for PWP.
