My mother Joyce (69/1 -- Parkinson's Plus, straitonigral degeneration) had
her first hallucination yesterday. She said it happened in a flash (she was
on the phone with a friend).

What I'm wondering is, can anyone who has had these suggests ways for
others to deal with them at the time. Do you sometimes somehow KNOW you
hare hallucinating at the time? Any suggestions I can pass on to my dad?
