Phil, I can't find out anything either, there are all so busy worrying about
their re-elections.  Please keep me posted. Where we live, which should not
happen, we seem to get news late.  I have e-mailed our congressmen and have
not heard anything yet.  Now, today is Saturday, and that means nothing until
Monday.
