Janet, I did not mean to imply that David Burns is totally useless, I just do
not believe that we consciously create anger, I believe it just happens as a
result of a stimulus, like fear!
We can deal with anger or fear, but I don't think we can stop creating either.
When you said "Becker Pizza" It did not create fear, as it should,  but it did
make me hungry,  LOL
