Dennis, Since yours is a rather specialized request, I was going to reply to you in a separate e-mail, but I see someone else tried and apparently your e-mail address given on the list did not work. I live in Huntington Beach and see a movement disorder specialist at USC, after spending over 9 years with a neurologist who didn't take me seriously and pooh-poohed most of the symptoms I told him about. If you contact me at OnTheDock@xxxxxxx, I will be glad to give you more information. There is also another doctor at Hoag who is supposed to be good, but I have no personal experience. Ruth
