Dr. Donald Calne and Dr. Jon Stoessl are movement disorder specialists
at UBC. I have not met Dr. Calne, but Dr. Stoessl was here in London for
several years before he moved to Vancouver in 1996. Both are very highly
regarded. In fact, I want Dr. stoessl back.  :)

As to support groups - Murray Charters could probably help. I haven't
seen his name on the list for a while but his email address is or was:
