I have read that one of the factors that distinguishes one of the
Parkinson's Plus diseases (striatonigral degeneration) from PD is early
gait/balance problems. According to what I recently read, with PD
gait/balance problems may occur several years after diagnosis, whereas with
SND, it appears early on.

Is there anyone on the list with PD that's had early balance/gait problems?
