I have found hospital urinals to be practically an invitation to spill.

A far better thing is easily made from empty bottles of laundry detergent
(ERA, etc.).  Carefully cut out the inner pour spout and rinse them thoroughly
before using and you have the best male urinal in the world.  Screw on the cap
and you don't have to worry about spilling.
