The only downside of any database is it must be scrupulously
maintained so that at no time will the data be stale, misleading,
wrong, or an embarassment.  I was appalled when I discovered a paper
listing of our 40 odd support groups was posted in the movement
disorder waiting room but NEVER updated.  The listing was so old that
some of the group leaders had retired, and two had passed on more
than a year ago.  The best intent will fall flat if there is no
follow up maintenance on a planned schedule.
