Re: NON-PD : FDIC email address

It would be useful to me to know who is sponsoring the web site
referenced below.  I didn't see that information referenced as I read
through the text.  I like to know who is behind For and Against efforts.
Is this a grass roots effort or is it underwritten by an interested
