Billie Cook.  Greeting from So. Calif.  I've  been the subject of two
endoscopies and am being set up for the third.  Both of the previous
procedures were a piece of cake.  I was given a mild sedative and the
scope tube was well lubricated and went down without a problem..  During
the last procedure  I listened to what the doctor told a student who was
also looking  inside me.  It was not bad at all. (Not that I would want
to do it every day.)  When  it's over I felt real relaxed.   Good Luck
